Watch Alcohol Intake

It's easy to pack extra calories into your day with a few glasses of your favorite alcoholic beverage. A glass of red wine in moderation offers a healthy dose of resveratrol and antioxidants--but be sure to limit yourself to one glass nightly in order to avoid excess weight gain and dehydration.

Be Active Daily

Celebrities make it their job to be active. You can reap powerful health benefits from just 30 minutes of activity a day. Attempt to follow celebrity suite with a new Zumba class or scenic run before you start your day. Explore new activities until you find something you enjoy--which you'll be more likely to stick to.
